Habitat’s Dive Centre is consistently rated as one of the best in the Caribbean. The centre is a PADI 5-Star Gold Palm IDC and National Geographic Dive Centre, a NAUI Dream Resort Facility, SSI Referral Facility and a TDI/SDI Training Facility. From the novice to the most technical of diver, Habitat’s Dive Centre can fulfill your every need. Some of the newest and most spacious boats on Bonaire are used to carry guests to the over 82 permanently moored dive sites around the ultimate diver’s island.

Everything from simple air fills to Nitrox fills to Nitrox for your Rebreathers and even Tri-Mix are available at Habitat’s Dive Centre.

Captain Don’s Habitat Dive Operation is centrally located within the resort complex for easy access from all rooms. We have three 1-tank boat departures daily and scheduled boat night dives to over 70 moored sights on our custom built, dive boats. Each mooring buoy is limited to 1 boat so you’ll have the reef all to yourself.

All courses include 5% sales tax. Study materials are included with the Open Water Course and EFR only. Certification fees are not included and will be charged at the dive centre.

The Divi Dive Bonaire dive centre is a world class scuba diving facility located on the Divi Flamingo Beach Resort & Casino. Divi Dive Bonaire is a PADI five star dive operation with an experienced dive crew.

Fabulous shore diving is available 24 hours a day from the Flamingo beach or dive dock. Divi Flamingo values special needs divers, and offers both wheelchair accessible custom dive boats and accommodations.

Divi Dive Bonaire runs daily boat dives to Bonaire's best reefs and provides superior dive training and certification.

The Captain Don’s Habitat is built on a coral bluff overlooking the sea and a tiny beach about 5 minutes north of Kralendijk. The resort was founded in 1976 by the renowned underwater environmentalist Captain Don Stewart. Since then the Habitat has been in the forefront of environmentally sound developments on the island of Bonaire.

Also known as “The home of diving freedom” the Captain Don’s Habitat is a resort created by divers for divers! The Habitat concept of "Diving Freedom" means you can dive 365 days a year in a relaxed, fun and hassle free environment.

The Captain Don’s Habitat is a PADI 5 star dive operation offering guests the opportunity to dive the beautiful shallow reefs teeming with a wide variety of tropical fish, sponges, and colourful corals just a few fin kicks from shore and access over 50 world-class dive sites within a 15 minute boat ride.

The resort has a range of accommodations set out as 16 bungalows with 2 bedrooms, 2 bungalows with 1 bedroom, 3 villa studious and 24 deluxe ocean view rooms designed to meet any holiday desire and to cater for guests with limited mobility.
