Little Cayman Beach Resort is widely regarded as a premier destination for diving, with an on-site Reef Divers centre providing daily morning and afternoon boat dives. Reef Divers

Little Cayman Beach Resort

Reef Divers is the PADI 5 star dive centre located on the beautiful grounds of the Little Cayman Resort. The centre offers guests a highly trained international team of professional, knowledgeable instructors with impeccable service levels. They offer guided diving boat trips, snorkelling and complete PADI instructional programs including discover scuba diving, advanced courses, nitrox, rescue as well as other specialties such as fish identification and deep diver.

Guests enjoy the advantage of four custom designed dive boats owned by Reef Divers and designed for diving ensuring you can access the best dive sites in a comfortable and fast ride while offering convenient storage areas for equipment and a sheltered cabin area with protection from the wind and sea spray.

Reef Divers are also known for providing a “Valet Service”. Divers don’t have to carry their equipment every day from their rooms or on the boat. All divers receive a mesh bag upon check-in at the dive shop and place their gear outside their door on the first morning. Each diver sets up their gear the first time on the boat and after that, the Reef Divers crew members change their tanks after every dive.

The shop also provides aluminium 80 cu. ft. and 63 cu. ft tanks, and a complete array of rental equipment. A wide selection of SCUBA accessories and sportswear is also available.

Diving Courses:

Equipment is included in the courses listed. Manuals, certification fees and boat transportation are not included and will be charged at the dive centre.



PADI Open Water Diver (Inc Equipment)

This is the most popular dive program in the world! And can be your chance to have a lifetime of intense adventures.

The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:

Knowledge Development ( online, independent study or in a classroom) to understand basic principles of scuba diving
Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills
Open Water Dives to use your skills and explore!

PADI Open Water Referral

This is the most popular dive program in the world! And can be your chance to have a lifetime of intense adventures.

From the beginning to end of the course, you will learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including areas such as dive equipment and techniques that will give you the confidence and skill to become a responsible diver.

You attain this rating by completing five pool dives and a number of knowledge development sessions with a final exam (which is not rocket science its just diving) and by completing four open water dives.

PADI Online Open Water Diver

This is the most popular dive program in the world! And can be your chance to have a lifetime of intense adventures.

The Online PADI Open Water Course was recently launched by PADI and enables you to complete the theoretical training and knowledge development sessions online and then take the final exam and complete the confined and open water dives in resort.

This is an exclusive opportunity we run with Inmo Divers in Dahab. The cost of the online section is 120USD and can be completed within on the PADI E-Learning website .

From the beginning to end of the course, you will learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including areas such as dive equipment and techniques that will give you the confidence and skill to become a responsible diver.

You attain this rating by completing five pool dives and a number of knowledge development sessions with a final exam (which is not rocket science it’s just diving) and by completing four open water dives.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

The Advanced Open Water Diver program gives you the opportunity to take your diving skill to the next level through three new areas of diving.
You complete your Deep Dive, Underwater Navigation Dive, Night Dive and two other dives for a total of five to attain your Advanced Open Water Diver certification.

This certification includes five dives, including the Deep Diver, the Underwater Navigation Diver and three of the following: You’ll plan your learning path with your instructor by choosing from a long list of Adventure Dives. There are two required dives – Deep and Underwater Navigation – and you choose the other three, for a total of five dives. During the Deep Adventure Dive, you learn how to plan dives to deal with the physiological effects and challenges of deeper scuba diving. The Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive refines your compass navigation skills and helps you better navigate using kick-cycles, visual landmarks and time.

The other knowledge and skills you get vary with your interest and the adventures you have – photography, buoyancy control, fish identification, exploring wrecks and many more.
