The Atlantis Dive Centre in Puerto Galera is a five star PADI Career Development Center where you will find the highest standard of dive education, first class facilities and world class dive guides.

Whether you use the centre as your base from which to explore thirty or more close dive sites, the place to start your adventures or become certified, your door to Nitrox, technical diving or Re-breather adventures or as the place to start a career in diving , the Atlantis Dice Centre has it all.

The centre offer first class facilities and is located on the grounds of the Atlantis Dive Resort. You can take advantage of the 60 Individual purpose-built equipment storage cubby-holes, built to keep your equipment dry and organized, enjoy the comfort of the spacious boats and take a hot shower in the dive shop once you have finish your diving.

The Atlantis Dive Centre has 5 dive schedules to choose from every day, starting at 9am, 11am, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm. Night dives are also available every day. Diving groups are no more than 6 divers and you have a choice of dive sites every time. All you need to do is talk to the guides about where you want to go and what you want to see.

The archipelago is home to more than 3000 species of fish and 448 species of coral. Where else can you combine unbelievable muck-diving with pristine coral reefs and shoals of schooling fish?

Asia Divers is the Philippines first PADI CDC centre. All dives are guided by experienced instructors or divemasters who lead the dive in the water giving you the best of each site, including areas not frequented by other operations and giving you the convenience of a liveaboard but with the attraction and flexibility of being land based.

Asia Divers in Puerto Galera is surrounded by some of the best diving in the Philippines with over 30 sites all within 15 minutes travel and suitable for all experience levels.

The dive shop opens at 6:30am each morning and diving can start anytime thereafter. However, there are at least four scheduled dives a day, usual times are 8am, 10:30am, 1:30pm and 4pm, with a choice of sites at each time. Diving always takes place in small groups of six or less and from local Bangka (outrigger) boats.

El Galleon beach resort hotel offer the most complete scuba certification training facility in Puerto Galera and when you’re not diving you can take advantage of the range of activities on offer, including kayaking, sunset cruises, beach hopping, volleyball, snorkelling, trekking and gold panning in the gold rich mountains that gave Mindoro its name.

The resort consists of 30 air conditioned rooms built on a tropical hillside all in keeping with the area’s natural beauty. Some of the rooms offer views over the beautiful Sabang Bay and Small Lalaguna Beach, providing the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening after a hard day diving.

The El Galleon beach restaurant has been a passion with many people over the years. Bringing together a number of spectacular delicacies and old time favourites, the El Galleon beach restaurant is considered by most to be the best beach restaurant in Puerto Galera offering some mouth watering specialties from the sea or the land.

Puerto Galera offers some of the best recreation diving scuba diving in the world and El Galleon Beach Resort provides the ideal base from which to do it. Asia Divers, a PADI Career Development Center is the largest and most professional scuba diving school in the area is located right next to the resort.
