Centre Information

Lagona Divers is a PADI and CMAS dive centre located at the Tropitel Dahab Oasis Hotel. The dive centre building is based directly on the beach offering guests easy access to the house reef at the southern end of one the most famous dive spots in Dahab the “Canyon Garden”.

The dive jetty next to the dive centre guarantees a safe and direct entry and exit to and from the Canyon Garden and the House Reef. Diving from the house reef is possible as a buddy team as long as you have the necessary qualification and experience, a guide is available at an extra cost.

The team of qualified dive guides and instructors at the Laguna Divers dive centre arrange numerous dive trips for both students and qualified divers along the coast of Dahab. Group trips are also organised and can be kept small and personal to ensure you get an enjoyable dive. At Lagona Divers diving groups are no more than eight people.

Dive trips by jeep or pick-up are organised as half day trips including 1 dive or as full day trips with 2 dives at one or two different dive spots. All dive spots to the north of Dahab including the Blue Hole are offered as half day trips.

Divers with less than 30 divers need to be guided at the house reef

Desert Camel Safari

The Camel Safari offers a mixture of culture, nature, religion and adventure. During the safari, native Bedouins will prepare simple, but nutritious meals over campfire.

The route that you take will ensure you come out with a deep understanding of the origins of oriental culture and with having seen amazing views of the varied landscape.

This trip will include a jeep and camel rides and some trekking around the Canyon. You will have the opportunity to see the amazing white Canyon made off sandstone and limestone. Then you will be transfered to the Oasis Ain Hudra, a marvellous oasis full of palm trees surrounded and embraced by steep beautiful sandstone mountains from all directions.

Adventure Safari

Guests will departure from hotel by 4x4 air conditioned Jeep.
Driving towards Wadi Khansour where guests can enjoy the Splendid Reef till 11am. The trip continues towards the Wadi Kherezah where guests can take some photos and hear the story of the area. The driving continues to Sayadeen (Fish Men) Village to see the Sank (Elgharaana) boat.
A Bedouin lunch in the desert will be served before guest head to their last visit in Dahab where they can shop for 1 hour. The trip will end once guests’ arrive back in Sharm El Sheikh.

Depart early from Sharm El Sheikh at 6am and arrive St. Catherine after about 2 hours and half later. Guests will have the opportunity to visit and stay in St. Catherine Monastery for 1 hour and half. After the visit guests will have their lunch and then head back to Sharm El Sheikh.

Moses Mountain & St. Catherine Monastery

Climbing the holly mountain where Moses got the 10 commandments in the night, watching the sunrise from the top of the mountain and visiting the monastery. In the morning you will visit St. Catherine Monastery and then head back to the hotel at around 13:00.

Cairo by Plane

Depart from the hotel 05:30 for a transfer to Sharm El Sheikh airport for your early flight to Cairo. On arrival you will be transferred to The Egyptian Museum for a visit before lunch. Here you will have the chance to see a number of wonderful items in the Egyptian collection. When you visit Cairo, you must stop by the museum and take a look at everything it has to offer.

Lunch will be served in a restaurant near the Pyramids area before continuing with your exploration.

After lunch you will visit the Pyramids and Sphinx with the Great Pyramid of Giza being one of the world's oldest tourist attractions and the reason most people visit Egypt today.

After your visits you will be transferred to the airport for a flight back to Sharm El Sheikh.
Arrive in Sharm el Sheikh airport and transfer to the hotel around 21:00.

Luxor by Plane

Transfer from Hotel to Sharm El Sheikh Airport for an early flight to Luxor. Arrive in Luxor and start the visit to the West Bank, Valley Of The Kings, Temple Of Queen Hatchepsut and Colossi Of Memnon.

After lunch guest will return to the East Bank and visit the Temple Of Karnak and the Luxor Temple.

In the afternoon you will be transferred back to the airport for your return flight to Sharm El Sheikh and land transfer to Dahab hotel.

Cairo by Bus

Depart from the hotel on an early transfer to Cairo by Coach. Cairo is located about 520 km north.

When you arrive in Cairo your visits will start around 08:00 to The Egyptian Museum. Here you will have the chance to see a number of wonderful items in the Egyptian collection. When you visit Cairo, you must stop by the museum and take a look at everything it has to offer.

Lunch will be served in a restaurant near the Pyramids area before continuing with your exploration.

After lunch you will visit the Pyramids with the Great Pyramid of Giza being one of the world's oldest tourist attractions and the reason most people visit Egypt today.

Around 16:00 you will start your journey back to the Sinai Peninsula and arrive at the hotel around 23:00.

Coloured Canyon

You will depart from hotel early at 06:00 to Nuweiba by Jeep and then drive to the Colored Canyons. Nuweiba is about 170km from Sharm and the colored canyons about 15 km from Nuweiba. Once you arrive you will have the opportunity to visit on foot, take photos and just enjoy the amazing landscapes. In the afternoon you will be transferred to your hotel in Dahab.

Depart from the hotel on an early transfer to Jerusalem by Coach.

When you arrive in Jerusalem visits will be around the panoramic overviews of Mount Olives, Jerusalem new city and the Temple Mount Esplanade of old city.

You will also have the opportunity to visit Bethlehem the birthplace of King David, meaning City of Bread as a result of the wheat crop that grew in this region. According to Christian tradition, Jesus was born there.

1st day:
