What the Course Entails

Nitrox Theory: Understand the advantages, limitations, and physiological effects of breathing enriched air.

Gas Analysis: Learn how to analyse your cylinder's oxygen content and verify that the mixture is suitable for your planned dive.

Dive Planning: Calculate maximum operating depths and no-decompression limits based on your selected Nitrox mixture.

Computer Configuration: Learn how to correctly program your dive computer for enriched air and monitor oxygen exposure throughout the dive.

Course Pre-requisites

Certification: Hold a valid Open Water Diver certification from SSI or an equivalent recognised training agency.

Minimum Age: Be at least 10 years old by the start of the practical training.

Health Status: Complete a medical statement confirming fitness to dive safely.

Course Flow

Digital Learning: Study the core Nitrox theory online at your own pace before meeting your instructor.
