What the Course Entails

Emergency Assessment: Learn how to assess an emergency situation, identify potential hazards, and determine the appropriate response.

First Aid & CPR: Develop practical skills for providing first aid and performing CPR in response to life-threatening situations.

Emergency Oxygen: Learn how to recognise potential diving-related injuries and provide emergency oxygen when appropriate.

Emergency Response: Practise managing incidents, communicating effectively, and coordinating assistance until professional medical help arrives.

Course Duration: 1 Days

Course Pre-requisites

Certification: No prior diving certification is required to enrol in the React Right program.

Minimum Age: Be at least 10 years old by the start of the practical training.

Health Status: Complete a medical statement confirming fitness to participate safely in the practical training.

Course Flow

Digital Learning: Study the core emergency response concepts online at your own pace before meeting your instructor.

Briefing: Review emergency procedures, first aid principles, CPR, oxygen administration, and the scenarios covered during practical training.

Skill Development: Practise essential emergency response techniques through hands-on exercises and realistic training scenarios.

Emergency Scenarios: Apply your skills to simulated situations, learning how to assess, respond, and communicate effectively under pressure.

Debriefing: Review your performance with your instructor and identify areas for further improvement.

Certification: Receive your digital C-card once your instructor confirms that all required knowledge and skills have been successfully completed.
