Oasis Dive Resort

Diver's resort located north of Marsa Alam.

As the name suggest this hotel is an Oasis of tranquillity! This small yet spacious resort with its fringing reef is very intimate and located 20 km north of the town of Marsa Alam on a coastal road in a natural Wadi. The resort is a clean and cheerful place for divers seeking peace and quiet.

This 3 star hotel consists of 50 chalets arranged around the main building in the form of a Bedouin village with small alleyways and winding steps of fossilised coral stone. This oasis of tranquillity is embedded in very spacious grounds far enough from the road so guests are not disturbed by the noise roads.

The restaurant offers buffet breakfasts and dinners with a range of Egyptian and Continental dishes. During the day the restaurant offers various dishes as snack between dives or as a complete lunch à la carte.

Sundowner Bar is the place to be at sunset after a hard days diving exploring the waters around the area. It is also where you would go for coffee or a cool drink. The Bedouin tent next to the beach you will find the traditional water pipe (shisha), freshly prepared Bedouin coffee, tasty ginger tea or cold drinks. You can spend the evening in a relaxed atmosphere and let yourself be enchanted by the sound of the sea. If conditions are suitable, BBQ are organised here once a week.

The Oasis Diving Centre is located on the grounds of the hotel and often collaborate with Werner Lau and Sinai Divers. This Collaboration guaranties customer satisfaction, best service, safety, and professionalism. Boxes are provided for stowing equipment (rental or your own) during your stay. The rinse pool and the dry room are conveniently located next to the diving centre.

A range of excursions to experience the fascination of the surrounding Eastern Desert are also on offer.

7 nights at the Oasis Dive Resort

Our experience with using Ultimate Diving was very good. The booking was easy and professionally carried out. We stayed at the Oasis Dive Resort, Marsa Alam, Egypt. It was the perfect place to enjoy a great diving and snorkeling location whilst staying at a relaxing, informal and quiet hotel, whose architecture was sensitive to its desert environment and whose staff were friendly and welcoming. The beautiful house reef was amazing! We have stayed there three times before and hope to go back next year. We would thoroughly recommend both Ultimate Diving and the Oasis Dive Resort. Thank you for another great holiday. Helen and Jane
