Poas Volcano, Sarapiqui River and Braulio Carrillo
After a delicious Costa Rican breakfast you will continue your upward journey to the Poas Volcano, a scenic drive past coffee and sugar plantations through a rain forest. Take a close look at the enormous crater with it’s deep green lake as you admire its immensity.
As you continue on way to the famous La Paz Waterfall, you will cross the continental devision and start decending towards the Carribean, admiring the dense vegetation of Braulio Carrillo rainforest and the unique beauty of san Fernando falls. Continue to Puerto Viejo, where the jungle motor boat will be waiting for your cruise on one of the rain forest and farms of the Sarapiqui River.
