This 4-star hotel has just 320 spacious and elegant rooms, all offering breathtaking views of the ocean or the lush and tropical gardens. The rooms at the Brayka Bay Resort were built to suit all customer’s needs and budgets with a choice of standard rooms, suites and family units available.

The restaurants and bars offer a range of dining experiences, from mouth-watering Arabic dishes and Italian delights to the freshest seafood and international specialties, the Brayka Bay Resort creates culinary wonders suiting every taste. The different bars and restaurants spread all over the resort so you can choose from fine dining or a casual snack.

Coraya Divers is the on-site diving centre, located on the northern side of the bay. As well as offering diving and snorkeling equipment, the centre offers a range of SSI courses, daily house reef diving and boat trips to world-class dive sites such as Elphinstone or Abu Dabab. The house reef with direct access from the beach is gorgeous and its extensive coral gardens and amazing variety of marine life offers you encounters with napoleon fish, crocodile fish, scorpion fish, red lionfish, reef squids, blue spotted rays and morays. If you’re lucky you might spot turtles, eagle rays, dolphins and reef sharks on the house reef.

When you are not exploring the reefs that surround the resort, enjoy a relaxing massage or beauty treatment in one of the Wellbeing & SPA centres using state of art technology and premium products. If you prefer to remain active, then you can take part on a whole bunch of activities planned to entertain you daily.

Sunrise Marina Resort & Emperor Divers in Marsa Alam

The overall holiday was excellent value for money. Emperor Divers provided an outstanding dive experience on day boat trips to provide some of the most relax dives I have ever encountered at reasonable depths.

Brayka Bay Resort

Brayka Divers is the dedicated dive centre serving Brayka Bay Resort and Royal Brayka Resort in Marsa Alam, Egypt. Operated by Coraya Divers, the centre provides convenient access to the protected Brayka Bay house reef, speedboat diving and a variety of dive sites throughout the southern Red Sea.

The centre offers house reef diving, beach dives, speedboat excursions and full-day boat trips. The sheltered Brayka Bay provides excellent diving conditions, with several areas of the house reef featuring coral gardens, pinnacles, walls and abundant marine life. Speedboats provide access to nearby dive sites, while boat trips from Marsa Alam and Port Ghalib reach further destinations such as Elphinstone Reef, Abu Dabab, Dolphin House, Habiba Wall and Marsa Assalaya.

Brayka Divers also provides PADI training for beginners through advanced divers, with a training pool and air-conditioned classrooms available for courses. The centre offers equipment rental, dedicated rinse areas, dry rooms and a dive shop. Safety equipment, including oxygen and first-aid facilities, is available, with a decompression chamber located nearby.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

The Advanced Open Water Diver program gives you the opportunity to take your diving skill to the next level through three new areas of diving.
You complete your Deep Dive, Underwater Navigation Dive, Night Dive and two other dives for a total of five to attain your Advanced Open Water Diver certification.

This certification includes five dives, including the Deep Diver, the Underwater Navigation Diver and three of the following: You’ll plan your learning path with your instructor by choosing from a long list of Adventure Dives. There are two required dives – Deep and Underwater Navigation – and you choose the other three, for a total of five dives. During the Deep Adventure Dive, you learn how to plan dives to deal with the physiological effects and challenges of deeper scuba diving. The Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive refines your compass navigation skills and helps you better navigate using kick-cycles, visual landmarks and time.

The other knowledge and skills you get vary with your interest and the adventures you have – photography, buoyancy control, fish identification, exploring wrecks and many more.

PADI Junior Advanced Open Water Diver

The Advanced Open Water Diver program gives you the opportunity to take your diving skill to the next level through three new areas of diving.

Junior Open Water Divers ages 10 to 11 years must complete three adventure dives to become a Junior Adventure Diver. They must dive with a PADI Professional or certified parent/guardian. Dives must not exceed 12 metres/ 40 feet.

Junior Open Water Divers ages 12 to 14 years may complete three Adventure Dives to earn the Junior Adventure Diver rating or five Adventure Dives to earn the Junior Advanced Open Water rating and must dive with a certified adult.
