Coraya Divers

Brayka Bay Resort

Coraya Divers Bay is one of the most popular in the world and ranks among the finest and largest in the southern Red Sea already been awarded the coveted “Diving Award”. The beautiful house reef is situated directly in front of the base and affords easy and safe diving nearly 365 days of the year.

The centre has a team of over 80 international staff members giving their very best to ensure that your daily diving or snorkeling holiday is an unforgettable experience.

Two full day boats and one half-day boat trip depart from port of Port Ghalib daily, located ten minutes away from the centre and they take you to around 15 adjacent underwater paradises. There are also full and half day trips by mini bus to 10 different beach diving areas round off the daily diving programme.

The sun terraces are used for diving briefings, debriefings, writing logbooks and for socializing. Here everything is close at hand: shop, cool drinks, reception, management office and the Nitrox Bar which is free of charge for qualified divers.

The rental equipment is serviced or replaced completely by trained personnel in the professional workshop.

SSI Open Water Diver

This is a completion of a series of classroom lessons, 5 pool lessons and 5 open water lessons, the award of SSI Open Water Diver prepares the diver to enjoy their diving experience without incurring decompression stops. Kit removal and weight belt removal are included.

Open Water Lessons
5 qualification dives with 5th dive being a pleasure dive. First dive to a Maximum of 12m and subsequent dives to a maximum depth of 18m or 12m if classed as a junior.

From the beginning to end of the course, you will learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including areas such as dive equipment and techniques that will give you the confidence and skill to become a responsible diver.
