Welcome to Dr Alex Tattersalls NAD workshop
NAD-Lembeh is an owner-operated small resort situated on the world famous Lembeh Strait. Their location, knowledgeable staff, beautiful house reef, intimate service, and divers to guide ratio of a staggering 2:1 makes NAD a haven for photographers.
Alex's workshops are designed for the intermediate/advanced UW photographers and, alongside the exploration of 'technical' areas of photography such as exposures, compositions, and camera settings, will impart how a greater understanding and sensitivity to the behaviour of marine life can enable anyone to take award winning photos.
From Alex: This workshop will follow in our tradition of promoting creative techniques in a constructive learning environment. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to experiment with a range of the latest underwater toys and home-made DIY creations to enhance the creative process and develop their underwater portfolio.
We are including a black-water dive, a magical night-dive where we maximise our opportunity to photograph planktonic life in an out-of-this-world experience. If preffered we can offer your a reef night dive instead.
The teaching will be a mixture of technical and artistic presentations, group image critique (no pressure) and continual hands-on support, all questions very welcome.
